The Holiday Inn Great Falls-Convention Center is an excellent place to stay, featuring exceptionally nice and friendly staff. I enjoyed a complimentary breakfast with fantastic food. the hotel's location is wonderful, conveniently situated near a raised platform, the restaurant, common areas, and elevators.

Came here for 1 night with my dog, had an excellent stay. The room I booked was a nice size and pet-friendly with fridge and microwave. The location turned out to be particularly good and perfect, really close to restaurant and common areas.

The look of the lobby

rude staff over and over again, multiple problems including: air conditioning broken, 37 degrees Celsius that day and didn't cool off much at night. I preordered a cot and when it wasn't in the room at 8pm I phoned, it took the staff member 2.5 hrs and 2 phone reminders to get one at 10:30 at night; my children are 3 & 6... When we changed rooms the next day to one with air con, they said they would bring the cot. That afternoon the cot was missing, they said they ran out. They also ran out of bedding and towels that day as well. They had to go to another hotel to borrow a cot, bedding and towels. Throughout the staff were ignorant, no customer service or consideration. And then they still tried to charge me $20 extra a night for the cot. Breakfast both days was mediocre!

The accommodation was clean and well-maintained, with neat rooms. the hotel boasts a central location, making it convenient to access nearby attractions, including the bar, casino, and everything Great Falls has to offer.

Elevator wasn't working and 2nd elevator was slow

The restaurant offered a great breakfast with amazing dishes. the convenience of having central heating, an iron, and coffee/tea makers was appreciated. the hotel's perfect, central location made it easy to visit several nearby attractions.

Booking on line for two adjoining rooms and getting checked in and having to juggle rooms to get us next door to our young kids

This place has a great location, just a short walk to restaurants, a mall, and a casino.

Easy in and out. A lot of eating options out and around the hotel.

This hotel is comfortable, has a great location with an excellent nearby restaurant, and offers impressive, neat rooms equipped with a microwave and mini fridge.

They could clean stairs and lobby to look more pretty.

Beds were comfortable. Staff was very friendly even though it was a very busy weekend.

The hotel provided a cozy base for enjoying the area. The location was great for everything I wanted. The room was impressive and neat, with very comfortable beds. I appreciated having a microwave and fridge in the room.

Restaurant in hotel was convenient

Flights leave great falls at 6 am, shuttle service was advertised to start at 5am. Not much time even for small airport. In the end the shuttle driver took us at 4:40am. If service is available early they should advertise that, I almost booked elsewhere.
